Therapy Modalities
My therapeutic style is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Play Therapy techniques for children. By tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients, I strive to create meaningful and lasting change.
